In this latest installation of our Maker Talk Series, we struck gold: this lecture demonstrates, in ways I've never before seen, the ultimate power of using virtual reality for education. I've been pushing our guest speakers to move away from traditional 2D powerpoint slides and video clips in favor of using VR 'magic' to communicate their ideas, and Jack and Autopilot delivered at a level that was, simply, spectacular.
Drawing on the power of the NeosVR platform, they walked us through visual programming by actually programming, visually, in front of us. And, because we use a state of the art VR multicam broadcasting system, we can share this lecture with a live audience and archive it for later viewing.
Check out this five minute clip to see what all my excitement is about. I
think you'll agree that the future of education is going to be totally
transformed and disrupted by virtual reality.
