Teaching in the Metaverse: Chapter 5.2. Accessibility.

On a basic level, what do you do when a student can’t figure out simply how to use a VR headset? For example, in my own class, a student has quite a few hoops to jump through before they can use the HMD: they have to install the Meta app on their phone (and this already implies they own a phone that can run this app), they have to create a Meta account, and they have to link the Quest headset I give them to their Meta app on the phone.
